Judith Mwanri

She leads the real estate arm dealing with property market analysis, renting co-working space facility, property management & Short Term Rentals on Airbnb and Coaching.

Her company is currently developing a real estate databank site, sourcing data from chatbots, listing website and agent/property managers.

She is a member of African Real Estate Society (AFRES), Association of Real Estate Professionals Tanzania (AREPTA) and Association of Real Estate Agents Tanzania (AREA Tz).

Through AREA TZ, she facilitates a real estate agency crash course at CBE University and Open University (online). Judith is also a communications person of a Real Estate Forum called Milki na Mali, a platform which shares content on Real Estate Investing, Property Management and Environment through podcasting.

This September we hosted an event in collaboration with End Fossil Fuel campaign. You can find the only event in Tanzania on this map https://fossilfueltreaty.good.do/global-march/map/. Through Milki na Mali program, we do monthly river cleaning at the Kawe River. She is an SDGs champion, especially no 8 (Decent work and Economic Growth), 10(Reduced Inequalities), 11(Sustainable Cities and Communities), 13 (Climate Action), 15 (Life on Land) and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
